I had high hopes my 3 yr old Appy would have turned out to be my versatile partner for 20+ years but his cracked hoof problem won't seem to resolve. So.....I'm looking to add to my herd. Here's my list of requirements:
1) GELDING only
2) NO bay, brown, sorrel, paint
3) trail ride in the mountains for miles, sure footed and trustworthy
4) competitive trail (obstacles like tarps, bridges, drags, noise, water, etc)
5) shooting potential - prefer to have been started and is slow - can speed up later
6) age between 2-11 years

I can finish the horse for advanced horsemanship for trail obstacles. I just want a quiet minded horse who can wear both hats.

Think you have anything?? I'm a Ladies 4. Thanks!
